Elaboración de normas de ceremonia y protocolo para la organización de eventos dentro de la unidad educativa fiscomisional “Monseñor Alberto Zambrano Palacios” PCEI, 2021.

Abstract

Currently, the " Monseñor Alberto Zambrano Palacios " Educational Unit does not have a management tool that establishes norms and procedures to regulate ceremonies and protocols for organizing events. Therefore, this research work aimed to elaborate ceremony and protocol norms for organizing events within the "Monsignor Alberto Zambrano Palacios" PCEI, 2021, to strengthen the institutional identity and image before the citizens. The methodology applied had a qualitative and quantitative approach. The type of research was exploratory and descriptive. The population under study were the parents and the teaching and administrative staff of the Educational Unit, and the analytical method was used using the survey as a tool for data collection. Through this methodology, it was determined that the Educational Unit does not have tools to help establish rules that regulate the protocols, causing untimeliness at the beginning of the events, unprepared location, inappropriate attire of the guests, and participation outside the program, among others, It is concluded that the events that are developed as part of the annual planning in the Educational Unit do not comply with all the required procedures, causing a negative opinion towards the image of the institution, it is recommended to the personnel in charge to ensure that the execution of the events has all the resources to comply with the parameters established in the previous planning, this will allow the participants, whether they are guests or observers, to feel satisfied with the events and to form a positive institutional image.
