Rediseño organizacional para la Federación Deportiva de Pastaza de la ciudad de Puyo

Abstract

This research project is based on the administrative problems of Pastaza Sports Federation because it does not have an updated organizational structure, and the execution of its activities is carried out empirically; in addition, the rotating change of the General Administrator causes a deterioration in its administrative capacity. Therefore, this research aims to elaborate an organizational redesign according to the administrative situational diagnosis through the development of administrative manuals for the Pastaza Sports Federation of Puyo city to improve administrative management. According to the research methodology used, the research approach was the qualitative, descriptive level of research to be able to analyze and describe the functions according to their hierarchical level, and the research methods are deductive, inductive, and analytical-synthetic to allow a concrete vision of the current administrative situation and achieve a significant change in organizational structuring. From the results obtained, it was found that the entity has an outdated organizational structure and does not have administrative manuals detailing the responsibilities of each position; it also has an institutional Organic Statute where the functions of the strategic and tactical level of the organization are found, but not the operational level. With this, it is concluded that the organizational restructuring with administrative manuals is essential for the staff to know their role and feel belonging to the company. Also, the Pastaza Sports Federation must be adaptable to implement the new structure since it has a clear and concrete vision of how the organization should operate
