Diseño de un sistema de control de inventarios de bienes muebles e inmuebles para el MIES distrito Chambo – Riobamba

Abstract

The objective of this degree work was to design an inventory control system of movable and immovable property of the MIES Chambo District - Riobamba, which allows the determination and recording of stocks and real book value to keep the inventory updated, a document that can become an important management tool to help this entity to improve management decision making in inventory control and thus help improve the social management of the institution. For the design of the inventory control system of movable and immovable assets, the methodology applied was quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research, through direct observation and the application of the questionnaire, based on the regulations regarding the control of goods stipulated for the public sector, a design in which the relevant items are included to know who is responsible for them, their location and their real value. It is concluded by alluding that this model is an accounting tool that allows to improve the control of inputs and outputs of the goods of each center and area and thus maintain an efficient administration of the goods, recommended to its application in the goods unit of the MIES Chambo Riobamba District for a better control of the stock of goods
