Creación de una asociación de emprendedores en el cantón Quero

Abstract

The present research, whose objective was to design a proposal for creating an association of entrepreneurs in the canton of Quero to support the growth and development of entrepreneurs, is presented as a solution to the stagnation of entrepreneurship. The problem was addressed through field research of descriptive type, in which the non-experimental design was used, transversal since the collection of information was carried out only once, and documentary because various bibliographical references such as journals, scientific articles, and books were reviewed. The focus of this research was quantitative, so the information was obtained through a survey conducted directly to the entire study population of 38 entrepreneurs registered in the GAD Municipal del Catón Quero, in which each of their homes was surveyed. The preliminary results of the research on creating an association indicate excellent acceptance by the entrepreneurs, represented by 92%. In addition, 72% are aware of the benefits of association. The creation of the association of entrepreneurs, "Quereños," will reduce the stagnation of entrepreneurship since the constitution of this association was presented through the presentation of statutes, internal regulations, organization chart, rules of fairs, implementation of training that will serve as a guide for the growth and development of entrepreneurs.
