Abstract

The Financial Plan to reduce delays in Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “SIMIATUG” and recover operating liquidity, during the 2019 period, was oriented with the purpose of being used as a tool to ensure the proper functioning of controls, procedures, and activities related to financial management in the functional areas, which will allow the administrative staff to achieve the proposed objectives and goals. The investigative work is framed within the Financial Administration and Social Responsibility research line, the qualitative-quantitative modality; inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, and historical-logical methods; as well as the survey and interview, which allowed analyzing aspects related to the credit process of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “SIMIATUG”. The implementation of the financial plan will allow the optimization of resources and better fulfillment of the different objectives, goals, policies, and strategies. established by the administration, towards all levels of the organization, which will contribute to improving teamwork.
