Proyecto de factibilidad para aperturar una sucursal de la microempresa “The Taty Jeans” en el cantón Pelileo, provincia de Tungurahua, año 2022

Abstract

This Curricular Integration Work focused on conducting a feasibility study for the opening of the first branch of the microenterprise The Taty Jeans in the canton of Pelileo, in order to determine the technical, market, economic and financial feasibility to improve the positioning of the microenterprise in the city of Pelileo, for which began with a theoretical research to support the propositional framework, especially in the knowledge of the financial indicators that would show the result of the feasibility. The methodology used in the research was of mixed approach, exploratory, descriptive and explanatory level, of transversal design, the sample applied was of quantitative finite type of 162 heads of household; the method used was deductive-inductive, for the analysis of the results obtained was developed through the application of a market survey and an interview to the manager of the microenterprise. Finally the proposal was made based on the financial study where the indicators showed positive results determining the feasibility and profitability of the first branch of the microenterprise The Taty Jeans, with a total investment of $ 69,509.31 dollars between fixed assets, deferred and working capital, in terms of project evaluation indicators, the NPV was positive of $ 81. 294.21, IRR of 50.28%, RBC of 1.32 and PRI of 2 years 3 months, therefore it is recommended to those interested to open the first branch of the microenterprise The Taty Jeans in the canton Pelileo, Barrio el Tambo, also that the microenterprise considers the financial and economic studies in the pessimistic scenario to avoid investment risks.
