Modelo de gestión administrativo - financiero para la microempresa “Ferretería Éxito” del cantón San Miguel, provincia de Bolívar, periodo 2022 - 2026

Abstract

The present study aims to carry out an administrative and financial management model through the use of financial and business tools to optimize the level of profitability at the Éxito Hardware Store in San Miguel, province of Bolívar, period 2022 - 2026. The methodology of the investigation starts from a qualitative and a quantitative approach with an exploratory and descriptive level, in addition the design was non-experimental of a transversal type in which a documentary and field work was applied, the study population was also identified, such as: the current customers of the hardware store, its staff and the owner manager. At the end, inductive and deductive methods were proposed, as well as some techniques to collect information such as the observation, a structured interview and a survey with the respective investigative instruments, thus achieving to determine a SWOT matrix that allowed to know the current situation of the company under study. The main qualitative results identified were the following: the obsolescence of the business philosophy, the lack of a manual of processes, policies, advertising strategies, among others. On the other hand, from an optimal quantitative, it was evidenced that the company is leveraged, the greater part of its assets are inventories, it has a high level of liquidity, sales decreased between 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic factor, however, there are positive growth expectations for the next years. In relation to the aforementioned, it is concluded that the strategies designed are in accordance with the need of the Éxito Hardware Store and that their purpose is to strengthen the administrative and financial management, therefore, the total application of the present investigative work is recommended due to the projections support the optimization of the business profitability.
