Diseño de un plan estratégico para mejorar la administración financiera de la empresa agropecuaria PCA, en la parroquia Rumipamba, cantón La Joya de los Sachas, periodo 2022-2026

Abstract

The present study was aimed to design a strategic plan for the AGROPECUARIA PCA company, located in the Rumipamba parish, La Joya de los Sachas canton, corresponding to the period 2022-2026, which will allow improving financial administrative management and quality of service, achieving both commercial and financial development for the year 2024. A descriptive level of research was used, observing and analyzing the information from the AGROPECUARIA PCA, identifying and describing the current problem. The investigation was carried out through the application of interviews to the manager and workers of the company, for the analysis of the current situation of the organization, an internal and external analysis was carried out through the SWOT Matrix, determining that the company presents some difficulties in its management due to the fact that it does not have defined objectives, the personnel does not fulfill the functions and responsibilities and it does not have a structural organization chart that is in accordance with the current situation of the company. It was concluded that the strategic plan developed must have financial and operational administrative strategies which will allow better decisions to be made for the growth and improvement of the AGROPECUARIA PCA, as well as the lack of software for inventory control, hinders the registration process of products; weaknesses were found such as the lack of a manual of functions, liquidity problems due to the fact that several invoices have not been collected, lack of trained personnel for the different activities carried out in the company, recommending that management implement the strategic plan developed in the present investigation as well as the implementation of a software that is in charge of the registration of the products which will strengthen the inventory control process.
