Plan de fortalecimiento socio-organizacional de la empresa asociativa "El Cebadeñito"

Abstract

This research project, the Socio-organizational strengthening plan of the associative enterprise "El Cebadeñito", was carried out with the objective of developing strategies to optimize the management of the association and the use of resources. The study was qualitative and quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, field study, using the instrument developed by CATIE, to diagnose the socio-organizational business capacity of rural association enterprises based on sustainable living methods; these results were crossed with accounting, financial, and other internal sources to find out the current state of the association; on the other hand, the perceptions of the administration and partners were validated through surveys to the members. The results obtained in the diagnosis carried out in the associative enterprise "El Cebadeñito" show that the organizational structure does not correspond to the needs of the association, that there are problems of aging of the members, that there is a lack of strategic planning and an integrated business plan, and that the environmental impact caused by the organization is unknown. Therefore, it is proposed to implement the proposed socio-organizational strengthening plan, apply the new associative business structure, redesign the succession plan for members, the implementation of strategic, financial, and commercial planning, and the adoption of an environmental management system for the development of the association
