Plan estratégico para mejorar la eficiencia de la gestión administrativa en la dirección financiera del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Ambato, período 2021 – 2026

Abstract

One of the aspects of the administration that is always in force is that it referred to the Strategic Planning, the Organization must keep abreast of its current position and anticipate where it wants to go; it is necessary to start with the situational analysis of the organization and through the involvement of all the members of the organization to carry out the strategic planning. This degree work is aimed at providing a transformation in the way of carrying out the strategic plan of the Financial Directorate of Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Ambato, in this way achieving efficiency in Administrative Management. For this purpose, research is carried out, in the first instance, in bibliographic sources from various authors that allow a better understanding of the variables and the problem; subsequently, a field investigation is carried out with which information is collected from those directly involved in Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Ambato; The complement of these two investigations allowed to address the conclusions and recommendations of the case. The methodology is mixed; The research is carried out based on the descriptive level. The study is relevant because it analyses a current, real and necessary situation; In addition, it allows for pertinent information to be available to the directors of the Department that facilitates decision-making in real scenarios and according to the perspective of those involved in the research.
