Plan de fortalecimiento organizacional del restaurante “Mar y Sierra”

Abstract

This research aimed to develop an organizational strengthening plan for the Mar y Sierra restaurant in the city of Riobamba to develop strategies that allow it to improve its administrative management and the organization can develop in different areas. The methodology of this study is descriptive since a narration of the several problems identified was made. In addition, surveys of restaurant staff and customers were essential for collecting information from different bibliographic sources. These techniques determine the absence of plans for developing the restaurant's activities. The main findings reported that the activities carried out by the workers were not consistent with their job since there were no function manuals, on the other hand, the training, evaluations, and incentives, not being well planned, were scarcely carried out causing a low level of motivation in employees. Therefore, it was concluded that the organization must include administrative tools that allow more significant planning and control. Consequently, it was recommended that the restaurant apply the organizational strengthening plan developed so that the activities are carried out with adequate follow-up and monitoring, seeking to increase productivity and business development
