Sistema de gestión integral para la fundación EcoSur Ecuador en la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

The present research work, called Integral Management System for the EcoSur Ecuador Foundation in the city of Riobamba, was carried out to achieve the adequate performance of the functions periodically executed by its workers. For the present investigation, fieldwork was applied focused on the application of two surveys, the first one was directed to the workers and the second one to the beneficiaries of the foundation respectively, and an interview with the executive president of the foundation, in this way it was possible to determine the exact turn of the foundation. The results showed a lack of knowledge of the basic management tools, weak leadership on the part of the executive president, and the fact that the workers were not clear about the processes to be executed according to the position in which they work. Once the information was collected, the mission and vision of the company were reinforced, and a structural organization chart, a functions manual, a list of processes, and continuous evaluation of personnel were implemented to guide the foundation's operations. It is recommended that the executive president implement the proposed integrated management system to improve the organization's internal processes and achieve the foundation's development in a successful and effective way
