Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de acopio de productos agrícolas en el GAD parroquial de Flores, cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to carry out a feasibility study to create a collection center for agricultural products in the municipal government of the Flores parish (GAD). The methodology to analize this research topic originated due to the problem that exists In the province of Chimborazo, which is the lack of a collection center to trade agricultural products. The research was developed under a qualitative and a quantitative approach, being descriptive and exploratory at the time of preparing the feasibility study, with a design of cross-sectional and non-experimental research, the study was developed over a period of time without manipulating how the study market develops. For the collection of information, the technique applied was the survey and the instruments used to collect the data were the questionnaires. The relevant findings such as the unsatisfied demand for the lack of a collection center at the provincial level, as well as the lack of jobs in the area, allowed us to verify the hypothesis raised, these determined the need to create a collection center. collection in that area; the same one that-*cuses on the proposal that helps the commercialization, as well as the production. Therefore, the objectives were developed, which were directed to define the target market that will benefit from the services offered by the collection center, determine the general and potential demand of the collection center, analyze the supply of products that the collection center will receive, establishing the supply of farmers who will benefit from the services of the collection center. For this reason, the application of this feasibility study is recommended to define the parameters for the commercialization of quality products in the collection center of the Gad of Flores
