Propuesta de un modelo integrado de gestión y seguridad vial para la empresa, R&R Translogic S.A. en la ciudad de Ambato, en el período 2021 – 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research was to set the "Proposal of an Integrated Management and Road Safety Model for the Company, R&R TRANSLOGIC S.A. in the City of Ambato, in the Period 2021 – 2022" to implement helpful management tools, improve organizational performance and provide high-quality heavy cargo transport service and road safety. The investigation begins with the situational analysis of the company using study techniques and instruments such as interviews, surveys, and observation sheets. Next, it was identified that the organization has a modern vehicle fleet, that it is necessary to delimit the operational processes, it lacks a direct connection with the client, and it was also evident that the shareholders are not committed to the company. The findings of this process led to the proposal for implementing the Quality Management System (SGC) and Road Safety (S.V.) for the company R&R TRANSLOGIC S.A. This proposal is based on three criteria: The first is based on the initial diagnosis of compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 39001:2012 standards, the second criterion is about establishing the implementation guide for the Integrated Management System, and the third criterion deals with the Integration of the ISO 9001 and ISO 39001 standards. With the above, it is recommended that the R&R TRANSLOGIC S.A. heavy load transport company apply these management tools to provide quality service and ensure the integrity and safety of its collaborators with better organizational performance.
