Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de los cursos de conducción para las licencias de tipo D y E, en el Sindicato de Conductores Profesionales de Orellana

Abstract

The present feasibility project to create driving courses for driving licenses type D and E in the Professional Drivers Union of Orellana, through the implementation of strategies to offercourses for the collection of economic resources efficiently was aimed to verify its viability. During the investigation, surveys were applied to a part of the economically active population of the province of Orellana, where the results and various criteria obtained will allow strengthening the decisions to be considered by the governing body. To determine the feasibility of the project, a market study was developed where the unsatisfied demand was measured since in El Coca there is no institution that offers this type of services. The commercialization analysis was carried out through the application of the marketing mix as well as through the engineering of the project, the macro and micro location and fundamentally the optimal size of the project are analyzed, when analyzing the investment budget we consider the resources that the institution has. The financial evaluation of the project, analyzed the NPV, IRR, the balance point among other aspects that allow us to know if the project is viable or not, in this case the results obtained indicate that the project is feasible to execute it To design the project, the location and distribution of the facilities were determined, to provide a service with quality and warmth to future students. It can be concluded that there is feasibility for the opening of driving courses for type D and E licenses; The operating budget for the first year is USD 167,756.53 dollars to offer 300 places , which will give us a net profit of 104,727.14 in the first year, which allows us an optimal recovery of capital, which shows an increase during the years of useful life of the project. Besides, the Financial Evaluation of the project shows a NPV of 38.33%, IRR of 1.23 and the recovery of the capital in one year. For these reasons, it is advisable to execute the project due to the fact that there is acceptance and that the financial indicators are optimal
