Plan estratégico del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la parroquia Indanza, del cantón Limón Indanza, provincia de Morona Santiago, período 2019-2023

Abstract

The present work of qualification had as objective to elaborate a Strategic Plan of the Indanza Parish GAD of the Lemon Indanza canton, Province of Morona Santiago, period 2019 - 2023, which has been developed with the aim of devising strategies to improve the administrative management and good use of public resources. A FODA analysis was applied, where a diagnosis of the institution's current situation was obtained, As well as tools such as surveys and interviews conducted with rural Parish GAD officials and the citizens in general were used. It was noted that there were no projects that contribute to the socio-productive development of the sector and the limited knowledge of the competences of the Committees in the local development. Finally it was concluded that the GAD parish does not perform a planning according to the needs of the population, which has generated a weak administrative management in the institution. The implementation of the strategic plan should be considered as a tool to improve the institutional development, by adopting strategies focused on achieving high levels of management, it is desirable that the Parish Government considers the implementation of the present proposal in order to achieve the institutional objectives. It is recommended to elaborate a complementary proposal to improve the monitoring, follow-up and evaluation of the quality of projects that are developed in the locality and that both are linked to the strengthening of the conditions of the inhabitants of the Indanza parish
