Plan de turismo del GAD Parroquial de Santa Marianita de Jesús, cantón Sucúa

Abstract

The present titling work includes a tourism plan to the parish Gad of Santa Marianita de jesus , Canton Sucua , has the purpose of promoting tourism in the parish to promote its socio-economic development. For which the qualitative method is specified, the same one that specifies describing and interpreting the information obtained through the survey applied to the residents of the parish and the interview with the president of the entity. In addition, a FODA matrix was developed which determined the following results: the entity does not have a planning that allows parish authorities to promote the development of ventures linked to the to the tourism plan, it has an efficient infrastructure to boost tourism, It has a limited institutional budget to promote all scheduled activities, poor training of the community in the management and promotion of community tourism. Through this tourism plan presented to the parish Gad we can plan, manage, analyze and offer their tourist approaches so that we can satisfy all real and potential tourists in order to achieve institutional objectives. It is recommended to the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government of Santa Marianita de Jesus, as the maximum public management body in the parish to implement this Tourism Plan as a technical management tool that requires better management of the projects planned to improve tourism infrastructure improving the economy of the sector
