Creación de una caja de ahorro y crédito para la fundación Pablo Narváez como apoyo a los pequeños emprendedores de la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

The objective of this research work was to study the feasibility that the creation of a savings and credit institution would provide for the Pablo Narváez Foundation, for which the statutes and regulations in force within the superintendency of companies that allowed to clarify the necessary requirements for its creation, along with the situational diagnosis elaborated through surveys to the small entrepreneurs and interviews regarding the founding partners of the foundation gave us the pertinent tools for the understanding of the viability of the proposed proposal and its acceptance within the target market such as the small entrepreneurs from Riobamba city. The necessary requirements were studied so that the foundation, in case of accepting the proposal, can execute the pertinent procedure for obtaining the constitution, obtaining the cadastre and the legal status of the savings and credit bank within the legal frameworks established by the Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria along with the organization in terms of capitalization and raising money for the development of its activities, being so that the proposal takes the necessary viability to solve the latent problem of Riobamba city as it will allow the generation of a space where small entrepreneurs can access to seed capital for the development of their business plans
