Diseño de la planificación estratégica para la COAC Kullki Wasi agencia Pelileo 2021 – 2025

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to design strategic planning for the KULLKY WASI Ltda. Agencia Pelileo Savings and Credit Cooperative in the period 2021 - 2025. Strategic planning took place in the city of Pelileo, province of Tungurahua, to improve the financial performance of the cooperative by analyzing its different areas. For this reason, interviews with the general manager and the staff of the institution, as well as Partner and customer surveys were necessary to collect information. After that, with the analyzes and results achieved, it was possible to identify the lack of a strategic plan, objectives, mission, and vision. These findings have been the basis for designing plans, programs, and projects to promote institutional development and sustainability. In addition, the administrative tools that will increase the economic income and the stability of the institution will be applied. Planning will contribute to the development and progress of the cooperative and decision-making. In the same way, financial products and services, credit granting, and customer services will obtain improvements to meet customer needs. To sum up, the implementation and socialization of the strategies implemented in the cooperative are recommendations that must be considered to improve profitability and institutional sustainability
