Gestión preventiva aplicando la Metodología ROSA en los trabajadores de la Dirección Administrativa, Financiera y Planificación del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Guano

Abstract

The objective of the degree work called "Preventive Management Applying the ROSA Methodology in the workers of the Administrative, Financial and Planning Direction of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Guano Canton" has been the identification and mitigation of ergonomic risks within the three directions of the municipality helping to improve the working conditions of each of the workers, thus offering a safe working environment. For the development of the Preventive Management, we first evaluated with the risk matrix in force in the IESS regulations, therefore we used the INSHT Risk Evaluation Matrix, with the objective of identifying the relevant risks for the safety and health of workers in which the existing risk factors such as ergonomic risks were identified, for the evaluation we applied the ROSA Methodology to evaluate a work station in an office; Based on the results obtained, a proposal was established consisting of the design of a preventive management plan for the reduction of ergonomic risks, which shows the preventive and corrective measures that should be taken into account to avoid the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders in the workers of each of the departments analyzed, The conclusion is that most of the MSD problems are caused by poor ergonomic conditions of the office furniture and its peripherals, so it is established as a recommendation the relocation and adaptation of the workstations accompanied by the implementation of active breaks periodically to mitigate the risks, present in the various departments of the municipal servers of the Guano Canton.
