Elaboración e implementación de un plan integral de gestión de riesgos bajo la Norma ISO 31000:2018 en el GAD Municipal del cantón Guano

Abstract

The objective of this research "Development and Implementation of an Integral Risk Management Plan under ISO 31000:2018 in the Gobierno Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Guano", was to evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Integral Plan within activities in the prevention of occupational risks. To realize out the plan, the risk matrix was developed in which the potential risks are identified, evaluated and controlled, the risk variable that has the building, starting with it, the guidelines that must be complied with what is established by the Secretaria de Servicio Gestion de Riesgos y Emergencia. Knowing that a Comprehensive Risk Management Plan includes 5 phases, where the first mentions the characterization of the entity, the second comprises the guidelines to be followed for risk reduction, the third refers to the management of an emergency, the fourth contemplates institutional recovery and the fifth groups the four components that ensure that the implementation of the Integral Risk Management Plan (PIGR) be effective , all of this was obtained through tabs, maps and application of normative. As a result of the risk analysis, the selection of the appropriate and appropriate signaling was obtained for each place established under the INEN 38641standar, fire equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency siren was also selected. This technical work establishes occupational safety procedures and standards, socialized with the interested parties of the institution, prioritizing employees who are directly interacting with the possible occupational risks of the Direction of Public Services. Therefore, it was recommended to update the Comprehensive Risk Management Plan, as it was elaborated on the basis of the current situation of the institution.
