Plan de negocios para la implementación de la biofábrica de insumos orgánicos en la comunidad San Martín Bajo, parroquia Columbe.

Abstract

This present investigation aims to design a business plan for the implementation of the ASOPROINORGANIC biofactory for the production and commercialization of organic inputs located in San Martín Bajo community, Columbe parish. Surveys to the 266 producers belonging to 11 neighboring communities devoted to the commercialization of organic inputs were carried out to gather information for this investigation. In addition, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis was carried out to know the characteristics and to start with the implementation. The operating capacity for the biol was established, which begins with a production of 2592 liters of biolen in the first year and 25944 liters in the tenth year and of the bocashi with 62450 kilograms in the first year and 624550 kilograms in the tenth year; in addition, a production plan for biol and bocashi was elaborated and the organizational structure and functions of the team work in the biofactory were established. The present project is feasible from the following results: NPV USD 62,294.40, IRR 14%, BCR2.23 and the CRP at 7.2 years which are within the estimated time. It is recommended to execute this business plan considering the marketing, production, administration and financial aspects described in this study.
