Diagnóstico técnico de la flota vehicular del GAD. Santiago de Píllaro y formulación del plan de mantenimiento mediante la Metodología del Mantenimiento Centrado en Confiabilidad (RCM)

Abstract

The objective of this work was to carry out the technical diagnosis of the vehicle fleet of the GAD (Autonomous Decentralized Government) of Santiago de Píllaro county, to formulate a Plan of Maintenance based on the RCM methodology. It was implemented its inventory, coding and grouping into vehicle families that have systems with the same characteristics, which forms the automotive fleet of the GAD. In turn, the technical evaluation of the workshop was carried out and automotive staff of the municipality, through closed interviews and surveys. Such interviews and surveys were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted. It was also executed technical visits, checking the current status of the vehicle fleet. These visits were complemented through criticality analysis, both to the families of the vehicle fleet and to the vehicles systems that showed a criticality of High Risk. From which the vehicle families problem with their respective functional failures, failure modes and effects of failures were analyzed in the RCM Information Sheet and later to carry out the completion of the RCM Decision Sheet. Resulting in the proposed tasks that form part of the elaboration of the RCM Maintenance Plan for the Municipality. As the results show that the vehicles with the most failures are 14.71% they are backhoe, skidsteer loaders and wheel loaders, from GAD's vehicle fleet. Concluding that the municipality has a great tendency to carry out corrective maintenance that Predictive Maintenance, since they do not carry out semi-annual analyzes of the vehicle status of the fleet, having problems with the budget they manage for the maintenance. It is recommended to give greater importance to the maintenance plans that are carried out to the vehicles of the municipality.
