Estudio de redireccionamiento vial en la parroquia matriz y en la parroquia Guasuntos del cantón Alausí - Chimborazo

Abstract

The present Titling Work was oriented to guarantee road safety and improvement in the quality of life of citizens (pedestrians and drivers) and in turn to know the relationship that exists between vehicular congestion and the directionality of local urban roads in the Matrix parishes. and Guasuntos. The methods used were: inductive, analytical and synthetic through a descriptive and explanatory investigation, obtaining information by gathering information through interviews, surveys and vehicle gauging in order to know the acceptance of the population to carry out a road redirection in the urban streets of its parishes, the same one that was carried out through 3 stages: study of the functionality of the road, implementation of signage and cost analysis, the same that has as its purpose in the Main parish to reduce vehicular congestion that is evident on fair days, meanwhile In the Guasuntos parish, the road redirection will be carried out by public request since the streets of its parish do not have directionality, which generates chaos and insecurity for its inhabitants. Through the use of the requirements elaborated for this study, it will be possible to identify the road factors such as the characteristics of the road, road geometry, road signage, in addition, it will be possible to verify the vehicular flows and with the help of the Synchro simulator we can verify that the work proposal of titling proposed does not have errors, therefore the vehicular flow will be developed without any conflict.
