Abstract

The purpose of this degree work is to prepare a Strategic Plan for the company VIDAPROTEC CÍA. LTDA. of the city of Guaranda that will allow it to improve administrative management and quality of service, in order to achieve commercial and financial development and growth by 2024. The research was carried out through the application of surveys to collaborators and the Interview with the general manager of the company, for the analysis of the current situation of the organization, an internal and external analysis was carried out using the SWOT Matrix. Where it could be determined that the company presents some difficulties in its management due to the fact that it does not have defined objectives, the staff does not comply with the functions and responsibilities and does not have a structural organization chart that is in accordance with the current situation of the company. The proposal contains the mission, the vision, the objectives to be met and a structural organization chart, as well as administrative, financial, operational and human talent strategies, which is why it is concluded that the developed strategic plan will allow making correct decisions to improve administrative management. of the company VIDAPROTEC CÍA. LTDA. Therefore its implementation is recommended to management.
