Evaluación del desempeño del talento humano de las áreas administrativa y financiera del GAD Municipal del cantón Baños de Agua Santa, provincia de Tungurahua, periodo 2019

Abstract

The Evaluation of the performance of the human talent of the administrative and financial areas of the municipal GAD of the municipality Baños de Agua Santa, province of Tungurahua, period 2019; aims to improve the level of performance of the employees of the Administrative and Financial Department of the GAD, which will contribute to make the institution more efficient in its daily activities. For the investigation, surveys were carried out to the collaborators of the municipal GAD, with the tabulation of the data and a FODA analysis, the shortcomings were determined to propose the evaluation model, where it was evidenced that within the institution, the selection location of positions is not consistent with the career profile, in addition to knowing the low level of work performance through customer service, which is why a 360-degree evaluation design was proposed in the GADMBAS, with which the evaluator is oriented to formulate strategies and carry out the execution of the improvement plan to meet its short or long term objectives. It is recommended to the authorities of the GAD of the municipality Baños de Agua Santa to implement the evaluation format proposed in this research in order to guarantee sustainability and to ensure the proper functioning of the activities in the jobs and assigned tasks to each employee to meet the goals and objectives of the institution.
