Elaboración de un plan de negocios para la Empresa de Catering F&M Servicios, de la ciudad de Riobamba, periodo 2017

Abstract

The present research work is the design of a business plan for the catering company F&M servicios located in the canton Riobamba, Province of Chimborazo, for the period 2017, with the purpose of strengthening the different areas of the company and thus increase their participation of market and sales. In order to carry out the following proposal, the deductive and inductive method was applied with direct observation techniques, interviews with the manager and company personnel and a survey of the economically active population (PEA) of Riobamba; all the previously detailed methodology was needed to perform the external and internal analysis of the company and thus establish the SWOT matrix. The main findings detected is that the catering company is not positioned in the Riobambeño market, there is no previous research work, the company and study does not have any business plan that allows it to meet its objectives, amongothers,for the execution of the Proposal requires an investment of $2,595.00 being a considerable value in relation to the financial indicators that determine benefits for the company ,between the indicators have the NPV with $27,785.00, the IRR is 387% and the PRI is in 97 days. Finally, it is concluded that the application of the business plan will give favorable results for the catering company F&M SERVICIOS, for this reason the execution of the strategies and tactics in its entirety is recommended.
