Diseño de un plan de negocios para repotenciar la producción sustentable de abono orgánico del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Guamote, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The current investigation deals with a Design of a business plan for reinvigorating the sustainable production of organic fertilizer of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Guamote Canton, Province of Chimborazo, in order to analyze ; the administrative, market, environmental, financial resources and feasibility of the investment. In the analysis of administrative resources it was determined that it is going to work with a technician who plans to pay $364, 00 monthly, in the market resource, surveys were carried out to the fertilizer distributors and buyers thereof determining that it will be sold at $ 4.25, in the technical study it was determined that 400 quintals of fertilizer will be processed four-monthly, the environmental study evinced that $ 387.95 should be invested for the environmental management plan and in the financial resource it is necessary $ 9398.66 for the fertilizer processor to start providing the service, in addition it was determined that the MARR is at 12%, with a positive NPV of $ 40,850, the IRR of 64.10%, in the BCR is at 2.23 that means that for every two dollars invested 0.23 cents will be recovered, the PRI is at 9 months to recover the investment, once the necessary studies have been carried out it is recommended to execute the business plan since it is viable from the financial and economic point of view.
