Diseño de un plan de negocios para repotenciar el centro de acopio de leche bovina en la Granja Totorillas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Guamote, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The present research is about designing a business plan to revitalize the center for the collection of bovine milk in the farm Totorillas of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Guamote Canton, Chimborazo Province, in order to analyze the administrative, market, technical, Environmental, financial resources and feasibility of the investment. In the administrative resources analysis was determined that it will work with a technician who plans to pay $ 364.00 per month. In the market resource, surveys were carried out on milk producers and dairy companies, which determined that a liter of milk will be bought at $ 0.34 cents. In the technical study was determined that 500 liters of milk per day will be collected. The environmental study revealed that $ 391.92 should be invested in the environmental management plan and in financial resources $ 7547.06 is needed. In order for the collection center to start providing the service, was also determined that the TMAR (minimum rate of return asset) is 12%, with a positive NPV (net present value) of $ 80.20, the IRR (internal rate of return) is 64.10%, in RBC (ratio-benefit-cost) is 1.13, That is to say for each dollar invested will recover 0.13 cents. The PRI (period of recovery of the investment) is 2 years and 9 months to recover the investment. Once the necessary studies are carried out, it is recommended to execute the business plan, since it is feasible from the financial and economic point of view.
