Planificación estratégica para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Salinas Ltda, parroquia Salinas, cantón Guaranda periodo 2020-2022

Abstract

In the present title work aims to design a strategic planning for the Savings and Credit Cooperative Salinas Ltda, Salinas Parish, Guaranda Canton for 2020-2022, analyzing the conditions of the environment and its internal features to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and economy of this cooperative. In this work a compilation of information granted by the manager, as well as the employees of the same, was carried out for the analysis of the current situation of the cooperative, an institutional diagnosis was executed through matrices such as the EFE, EFI, and FODA analysis where it was possible to determine what its strengths and weaknesses are, which allowed us to know that it does not have a strategic plan, and therefore the absence of credit policies, lack of publicity and lack of staff training. Strategic direction was developed in which the mission, vision, objectives, strategies and goals were established in conjunction with the control and monitoring of them, which will allow to result in an improvement in the management of the company. There fore it is recommended that the application of this strategic plan be implemented, which will allow it to be projected into the future with objectives and goals set that would contribute to the internal development of the company, providing a tool to improve the administrative management
