Propuesta de un plan estratégico para la Estación de Transferencia Parroquial del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Francisco de Orellana, 2017-2021

Abstract

The objective of the present work is to formulate a strategic plan for the parish transfer station of the Francisco de Orellana Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government, 2017-2021. It is a place where the public transportation units carry and bring the users of the different communities of the canton and the departure register of the Station with shifts towards the communities. What is sought in the transfer station through this work is to improve the conditions in which it is located and thus provide a better service to the user. Surveys were conducted to the users, to determine in what state the service provided by the Transfer Station is, with the objective of gathering more information to find the most feasible solution for the fulfillment of the objectives set out in this research project. At the parochial Transfer Station, there are currently four public transportation cooperatives which are: Ciudad del Coca, Petrolera Shushufindi, Monsignor Alejandro Labaka and Gran Sumako S.A, which carry out the loading and unloading of users from the different communities of the Canton. The Autonomous Government wants to provide services with efficiency, effectiveness, and quality, through participation, coordination, and articulation in all processes involving the work team of the institution. It is recommended to implement the periodic training for internal personnel of the Transfer Station articulated to the needs of the work and the increase of labor productivity. With the presented proposal, the management will be improved by providing the best and safest service to the clients and give a better work environment for users.
