Propuesta de estrategias para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la Embotelladora Agua Natural Purificada AGUALUZ de la ciudad de Riobamba, periodo 2015

Abstract

The investigation objective is about a proposal of strategies in order to improve the administrative management of the Natural purified water bottling company “AGUALUZ” in Riobamba city. The diagnosis about strengthens, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens (WOT) and the situational analysis of the enterprise were carried out. Afterwards, the strategic proposal was carried out. The participating people were administrative workers and officials who work in this institution. They were surveyed in order to get information about the current management proposed by the board of directors. The proposals written out in this document will help to change the management by means of a set of elements, tools, strategical procedures such as: a training plan, plan to change the workplace, change of the inefficient staff, creation of a logistic department, applying of management by processes and a plan to create strategic agreements. The implementation of this proposal will help to meet the objectives so that the enterprise can progress competitively.
