Uso de las TIC en la asistencia gerencial, para optimizar la gestión administrativa en el GAD Parroquial Zumbahua, cantón Pujilí, provincia Cotopaxi, 2017

Abstract

This titling work aims at determining the use of information and communication technologies management assistance, to optimize administrative management, for this purpose the quantitative and qualitative methodology was applied, based on data and facts for interpreting the human action since the diagnostic of the current situation through the SWOT analysis. It started also from general to particular premises using the inductive-deductive method. From a particular point of view, it began from a strategic direction which orientates philosophy and integration for the achievement of proposed objectives, referring to the information flow of the ADG and the training plans in technologies, in light of shortcomings in the process in communicating effectively, which are founded in the needs of the proper formative model of the ADG parochial. The intention is to indicate the strategies and projects aimed at finding a solution to the problems to improve the administrative management, which allow to the entity its identification and application of the process and its respective implementation towards the ICTs in the different stages which is a guide amongst officials establishing a broad vision of the activities carried out by the ADG of Zumbahua, taking in consideration its proper planning and implementation of the proposed proposal to improve the information and communication of the public entity.
