Evaluación a la gestión financiera de la Empresa Distribuidora Textil El Globo de la provincia de Tungurahua, cantón Ambato, periodo 2017

Abstract

The following investigation´s work called Evaluation to the financial management of the textile distribution company the balloon of the Tungurahua Province, Ambato Canton period 2017, It has the purpose of evaluating the administrative and financial management prior to the fulfillment of the executed activities, for the improvement of the management of the company and decision making in a truthful and timely manner. For the research, the study and analysis of the financial statements were applied, and the surveys aimed at the workers and customers of the commercial enterprise were conducted as the reference point for the execution of the financial evaluation work. Then, a financial analysis was made through the review of the financial statements through the vertical analysis, horizontal analysis and the application of the financial indicators that allowed analyzing the effects of financing in terms of the financial structure of the company, through which it was analyzed the degree of efficiency and effective management. In which it was determined that the company does not meet the objectives for which it was created, there is no adequate strategic planning, inadequate management of economic resources and the lack of financial analysis. It is recommended to place greater emphasis on strategic relations and alliances in negotiations with clients and suppliers. As well as in the radio or television media for the promotion and advertising of the product at a regional and local level, therefore maintaining its level of prestige as a company.
