Auditoría de gestión a la Cooperativa de taxis y camionetas “Terminal Terrestre” de la ciudad de Puyo, período 2016

Abstract

The management auditing to the taxi and pick up cooperative of the Bus Station of the Puyo city, 2016 period permitted to evaluate the efficiency degree, effectiveness and economy of the entity. Questionnaires were carried out which permitted to know the actual institution status and to evaluate the knowledge of the members and directives with the internal regulations, mission, vision and objectives, together with an interview to the institution manager to detect failures at the institution. It was possible to determine that the institution does not have any ethic code, function manual, risk mitigation plan, and it does not have planned training, and does not have any control mechanism that would help to improve the organizational structure, most members do not know about the objectives and goals of the institution, moreover, evaluation on the personnel performance are not carried out. It is recommended to carry out a management auditing once a year at least, together with elaborating the ethic code, function manual and other tools, which would help to improve the cooperative administrative activities to accomplish the objectives.
