Abstract

The objective of this research work is the implementation of a file system in Petroamazonas company field Auca Block 61. Francisco de Orellana canton of Orellana province. It will allow contribute to the development of administrative management. For that we did a situational analysis in which the lack of a file system was made evident, that includes records policies and procedures it allows proper management and control of documents. Through the use of research methods I was detected that there is not a file system that allows delivering an attention care efficiently, effectively and efficiently to internal and external customers. The file system implementation in the company Petroamazonas EP., allows Improve the quality of processes and services provided by the institution to internal and external customers. It is concluded that such implementation is indispensable for the organization seeking to improve the quality of attention, so it is recommended that the institution will implement the file system, for be an urgent need in order to provide good service.
