Implementación de un sistema de archivo en el área de asesoría de Prefectura del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Pastaza.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was the implementation of a File System for the Prefecture Advice department of Pastaza Decentralized Autonomous Government. For this, a situational analysis was carried out, which evidenced the lack of a file system containing norms, policies and procedures which allow having a right management and control of documents from their register to their goals achievement. By using research methods, it was possible to detect the non-existence of a file system which allows finding the documents and ease the internal and external customer service attention. The implementation of the File System in the Prefecture Advice Department allows achieving the quality of procedures and services offered by the institution to internal and external customers. Thus, it is concluded that the implementation of the system it is essential for the institution to improve the customer attention quality, in addition, it is recommended to implement the file system in the Prefecture Advice Department, since it is an imperative necessity to offer a good service.
