Abstract

This research work aims to improve the general archive of the District Address 22D01-La Joya de los Sachas - Health, located in the Province of Orellana For the development of this research work it was necessary to take into account Administrative Trends such as Empowerment and Coaching. The same as drive in public and private institutions to achieve greater benefits in Regarding quality, efficiency, effectiveness and economy. For the improvement and organization of the management process, control of the archives and documentation of the institution, it is proposed to increase a physical space for the general archive where all the information is centralized. Staff training is recommended. For the application of the new administrative tendencies, which use new information systems, file technologies, which will be very useful for the organization of both historical and current archives, it will also be a motivation for the staff to work in an organized way and improve their performance in the functions entrusted are efficient and effective within the institution.
