Abstract

The following investigation's objective clinical case lies in the minimal prevalence of the disease, the lack of knowledge and the ease of confusing its clinical manifestations. Establishing the objective of presenting the adequate parameters for its diagnosis, clinical and complementary that at the same time allow to establish an accurate differential diagnosis and establish the treatment according to the need and evolution of the patient. Male patient of 28 years of age, mestizo who came referred to the Outpatient Consultation for presenting a fever of 39.5 degrees Celsius, odynophagia, skin rash that coincides with fever, generalized arthralgia, it is captured in the month of May 2018, Complementary examinations are performed, which are analyzed reaching a diagnostic price, providing follow-up during the time of hospitalization and after discharge is an approximate of 8 months, with daily visits within health home, control on the private and monthly check-ups by external consultation ; an optimal and rotational treatment was provided according to the condition and evolution of the patient. The patient studied for approximately 8 months, after highlighting several pathologies related to his clinical picture and with the help of complementary exams, an accurate diagnosis was reached and the therapy was administered according to his needs and evolution, achieving the end of the cese of the limiting symptomatology and a better quality of life. ESA is a disease considered as a great simulator, due to the multiple clinical manifestations it can present; whose etiology should be studied deeply, affecting both men and women equally. It is recommended a greater number of studies regarding the subject that gives us the ability to choose optimal treatments to achieve an improvement in the quality of life of patients.
