Abstract

The development of a plan to improve the working climate of Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of the Archidona Cantón, Napo province, you can mention that the Cantonal Government does not have an instrument that helps to improve the working atmosphere that exists between their employees, and that in recent times has proved of great importance and interest to the topic, that is why the research has the following objectives: to diagnose the climate of the GAD Municipal labor to the attention of the citizens as well as investigate the interest of each employee and bind them with the overall goal of the institution, and analyze alternatives to create a pleasant atmosphere designing a program of improvement if the working environment for the Municipal GAD of Archidona, being of great importance taken up awareness of psychological, physical and emotional needs not only in its personal scope, but in their workplace, which is finally where they spend most of their time and the place is where each person for their growth and development as human as a professional. The methodology it is qualitative and quantitative, since it has been established a questionnaire that was analyzed to determine strategies for the development of the plan to contribute to the development of their performance and the importance of its participation, accompanying the efforts both individual and group toward the growth and development of both the employee and the Municipal Government. The research concluded that the employees and workers need to be motivated both personally and professionally by that is of utmost importance the complementary of the plan to improve the labor climate in the GAD cantonal Archidona, allowing the development of a good working climate, to achieve the goals and objectives for the institutional quality.
