Abstract

The main objetive of this Project is to desing the function manual manual for the customer attention service in the language Spanish-English from the Village San Jacinto, by means of an analytic study of the established processes, whit the aim to obtain a quality and warm service. The current manual contains vocabularies of customer attention terminology in SpanishKichwa, tools and important strategies must be taken into acoount for the staff that brings this sevice in the are of Secretary being these strategic areas in the institution due to the functions are made at the moment the customer arrives, during, and until he or she leaves the village. Furthermore it will permit to manage his or her activities with a bigger efficiency and efficacy. Conducting the organization to success.
