Proyecto de creación de una granja de bovinos para el fortalecimiento de leche y carne, auspiciada por el GAD Penipe, en la parroquia Matus, cantón Penipe, provincia de Chimborazo en el período 2014-2015

Abstract

This present degree work “Project Creating a cattle farm for strengthening milk and meat, sponsored by GAD Penipe in Matus Parish, Penipe canton, Chimborazo Province in the period 2014-2015”, established its feasibility to improve the income of the inhabitants of the parish Matus, achieve efficiency in the economy of sector. Inductive and deductive method for the analysis of the information was considered, applying the market studies, technical and financial, that gives as a result a total of investment of $ 124, 877.62; with net present values (NPV) of $ 48,435.40 and $ 62,811.37 and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 36.74%, obtaining Ratio Benefit Cost (RB/C) of $ 1.57 y $ 1.69 respectively, so there is a period of Payback 2 years and 4 months. Given this reality, the construction of the farm to improve milk and meat in the Matus Parish must be a priority, and strengthen the health and economy of the sector, allow them to have alternative of the economic income for the inhabitants, and involve participatory, all farmers and inhabitants beneficiaries, offered basic consumer products, that meet the highest quality standards an affordable price in the context of Canton and the province and provide the necessary spaces for working together the municipality with the parish, improving the quality of life of the inhabitants without harming the environment.
