Estudio de factibilidad para implementar una fábrica de adoquín en la municipalidad del cantón Pallatanga

Abstract

This present research Project aims to determine the feasibility, organizational, legal and financial technique, to implement a paving stones company in the Pallatanga Canton. Also seeks to determine those factors that can positively or negatively influence before, during and after implementation. The level of the research presented is exploratory, descriptive, relational, and especially predictive, grounded in a field study by the predominant use of primary sources, interviews and direct observations. To develop the theoretical framework mentioned as background some definitions of several authors related to the theme. To collect information is used probability sampling, under which potential customers represent 381 surveys. In the market study it proceeded to analyze the supply and demand in the production of paving stones in the Pallatanga Canton, establishing a need to 9`009,000 units of paving stones required and based on this, it was determined an offer, a future demand and unmet demand that we intend to meet. In the technical study, the size was determined, the location, distribution and optimal engineering of the project, stating their location on “Los Santiagos” enclosure. The financial study allowed us to establish the viability and profitability of the project because it presents results with positive financial indicators, Van > 0; TIR 30% Cost- benefit= 2.11 y PRI 1.21 tears. The environmental assessment reflected the impact and acceptance of the project by stakeholders such as the Citizenship and reviewers.
