Abstract

The present investigative work entitled logistic project to improve the efficiency in the exportation of flowers of the company Emily Rosse, from the province of Pichincha, parish el Quinche. it was conducted on the basis of interviews directed to the owners and the company manager, also surveys were carried out to all employees of the institution to know the current situation of the organization. it was determined that there are problems such as: difficulties in coordination, transport, communication and group work in the logistics processes used by the company to export their flowers efficiently. A logistic project is proposed to improve the efficiency in the export of flowers in the company Emily Rosse, as well as to determine the acceptability of the project and its impact on future exports. Based on the economic and financial study the proposed proposal will generate a positive impact for the company, resulting in higher profits. It is recommended that the manager and owners implemented the logistics project to improve the current system managed by the company and thus achieve the benefits obtained.
