Abstract

The present research design of a methodological model for the export of roses in the framework of the Ecuador – European Union trade agreement for Hispanoroses Inc., with the purpose of eliminating the fees expense for foreign trade consulting, training the company's staff through this model, for which interviews and surveys were applied to the managers and administrative staff that allowed recognize that the problem is based on lack of knowledge of the export processes due to the inexistence of methodological models that provide information based on the approach, design and procedures to export to the European Union. The importance of the European market lies in the duty-free admission to one of the economic associations with the highest purchasing power in the world, in this way it contributes to the change of the productive matrix of Ecuador, in a context of intelligent insertion into international markets. The content describes the requirements and export activities, through a theoretical representation which will subsequently be implemented in a specific environment to improve the learning process of the collaborators and perform exports in an efficient and effective manner, it is recommended to implement the present project as a fixed system of education and training to contribute to the development of the company.
