With this method has increased the average time between failure (MTBF) in 46,273 hours, also the equipment availability al 1% and decreased the time restoration means (MTTRT) in 0,504 hours, this directly reflected in the profitability because the teams have a longer production. Among the non-tangible factors that improve are the following: the staff is more technician to locate faults, improving image and performance of the maintenance department. It should be emphasized to make a monitoring the technical maintenance department on the correct methodology application, when a fault is produced for getting good results.
