Abstract

t has been carried out the Vibrational analysis and application of a System of On-line Maintenance in the equipment of the Productive Centers of meat and milky of Cattle Science faculty from the ESPOCH, with the purpose to find out the condition that the equipments are working, to reduce long stops and production losses. It is indicated the technical records, the classification and selection of transducers, the analysis of the spectra fft, the charts and severity vibrational norms and the application of computer systems of administration. The current Administration of Maintenance is evaluated to know the real technical condition of the equipments and the used working papers, the monitoring frequencies are determined and it proceeds to carry out the vibrational analysis and the interpretation of the preserved spectra. With the preserved results you proceed to carry out the implementation of the System of On-line Maintenance. The technical records are elaborated and the equipment are coded, it is determined the plan of Preventive maintenance and Predictive and it also designed the working papers to evaluate the management done. Thanks to the study done in the equipments of the Productive Centers an appropriate Planning of the Maintenance was increased and it is recommended to the executive staff as technician the use of this research work as consulting source, to be able to avoid the problems you might find out and to reach a good submission of the machinery.
