Diseño de procesos para mejorar la rentabilidad de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Llacta Pura” matriz Riobamba

Abstract

The current research work was focused on designing processes that improve the profitability of the savings cooperative to establish financial guidelines to facilitate the operation of the actions to be carried out in favor of the associates. Within the research, it used tools such as: surveys to the Management Board, Supervisory Board and financial administrative area, besides it applied an interview to the Manager of the cooperative in order to corroborate the information obtained and get other more relevant data that allow having a better vision of the organization. The problems identified were: monetary illiquidity, disagreement of the partners, poor quality of the services delivered, discredit and distrust in the entity, lack of planning through the adoption of corrective measures according to the situation that presents at the time punishing the profitability of the institution. That is why the need for a design that guarantees the efficient and effective placement in the credits and in the recovery of them, thus improving the quality in the services of the cooperative. It was concluded that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Llacta Pura” has to incorporate a set of innovative processes based on saving and credit, so that the organization can project itself towards new horizons within the commercialization of its products and financial services.
