Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de acopio de cebolla blanca en el barrio La Libertad, parroquia San Juan de Pastocalle del cantón Latacunga, para el periodo 2014 - 2015

Abstract

This investigation was carried out Feasibility Project for the creation of clearinghouse White onion at Libertad neighborhood, parish from San Juan de Pastocalle, Latacunga city, to period 2014-2015, using secondary information (surveys, interviews and direc observation) and donw-reaching conclusions; as willingness farmers to be part of this collection center, community support for Project and desire to Excel by farmers. In the study of market demand of the product and the aceptation of the community to buy the products in the collection center are obtained as a result. The collection center will be equipped with both material and human talent according to requeriments thereof, meeting the needs of the applicants and meeting the requirements useful to investors. The function of several factors the most optimal alternative location of the Project, which focused on same Parish is selected. The collecton center will be established as a corporation formed by having three shareholders, which contribute to 64% required capital. The technical study is obtained a total investment 148,701.22 wich 36% will be representing 54,332.78 with funding through the National Financial Cooperation to 5 years. Then the financial economic study was carried out, obtaining a positive NPV of 51,075.71 that shows the Project is feasible to realice an IRR of 25.79%, which excedes the current mínimum rate at the market, and benefit cost 1, 34 which means that for every dollar invested returns will be considered as 0.34 cents. Finally social impact analysis is done, as it is the most representative in this Project due to the contribution of new hand direct and indirect labor
