Plan de exportación de truchas del “Proyecto Piscícola Atillo” del Comité de Desarrollo local CDL-G del cantón Guamote a la ciudad de Los Ángeles – Estados Unidos

Abstract

The present thesis takes as a main target to prepare a plan of exportation of trout for the “Fish Production Project Atillo” of the Committee of Local Development of canton Guamote to the city of Los Angeles identifying all the components that involve in the mentioned process. The exportation starts with a brief analysis of the Aquaculture Atillo, the facilities that currently has for its productive activity along with the necessary staff to control the raising of trout. A brief analysis on the evolution of fishing activity, the characteristics and benefits of consumption of the species, are the starting point for analyzing the market destination. The city of Los Angeles is the second most populated of the United States, being a potential market niche, but to enter food products, it is necessary to fulfill with certain requirements imposed by the Food and Drug Agency. The research focuses on the development of the proposal, in other words, it is detailed all the export process that every natural or legal person must meet, starting from registration at the internal revenue service, to get after the digital signature access to ECUAPASS, and to make all the necessary operating procedures. As well as the packaging and crating necessary to transport trout within a financial study that determines a final selling price and shows the utility projected for the Aquaculture Atillo.
